Main Street has always been the heart of Saintfield — and for as long as anyone can remember, no Irish main street has been complete without a proper fish and chip shop.
That’s the tradition Bishops is here to carry on. Fresh-cut chips, crisp golden batter and generous portions, cooked to order and wrapped up hot — the way a chippy tea is supposed to be.
